What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Paypal, as well!

What shipping service do you use?

We offer UPS ground service and United States Postal Service priority domestic and international shipping. All International packages will be shipped via USPS. At this time, the cost of shipping in non-refundable.

What is the cost of shipping?

UPS shipping charges are based on the current UPS rates and will be calculated at checkout (Ground usually starts at around $8-$9). USPS shipping usually starts at around $6 but accurate prices will be calculated at checkout depending on how big your order is and how far away you live from New York.

How do I get in touch to ask a question?

When will I receive my package?

Shipping (depending on the option you choose) usually takes from 4 to 7 business days. Once we receive notification that your payment has been made, processed, and accepted, the package will leave our warehouse within 2-3 days in most cases. If there is a major delay due to high volume of orders etc, we will keep you updated and informed.

What is your return policy?

Effective for all purchases 7/1/10 and onwards: For a full refund, you have 7 days upon receiving your item (including both business AND weekends) to notify us that you would like to return your item. Email Vitra@ItsyBitsyBraBar.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Please do not put your items back in the mail without a confirmation back from us. If you contact us more than 7 days after receiving your package for a return, we will take back your item(s), but you will receive store credit in the amount of the purchase, valid for 60 day from the date you initially received your package in the mail. (We will send you a personalized code to use in this case.) All items MUST be in original condition or we will be unable to accept. Please see question #8 for what you can/can't return.

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically & internationally. However, we cannot take responsibility for any import/export taxes or paperwork from customs, if required. Currently we do not ship to PO Box Addresses, APO's, of FPO addresses.

What can/can't I return?

We accept returns with the exception of panties, thongs, swimwear, g-strings, lotions, oils and intimate items. (Therefore no items which consist of a thong or g-string are returnable or exchangable.) All Sale items are final sale, and therefore non-refundable/non-exchangable. We do not accept returns on jewelry. All returned items must be in original condition.

How do I return my items?

Before returning your package, email Vitra@ItsyBitsyBraBar.com to let me know to look out for your package in the mail. (NOTE: Packages mailed more than 7 days after it has been in your possession is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be mailed back to you.) When you email, please let us know 1) Your Order number 2) The item(s) you want to return 3) Reason for your return 4) The purchase date. You will then get a confirmation from us to go ahead and ship it back to us. Items returned without notifying us will NOT be refunded (in such a case, we will send it back to you.)

How do I exchange an item that may be too big or too small?

The same way you return an item. Let us know within 7 days of receiving the item, email us to notify that the product did not fit and you would like an exchange, ship it back to us, and we will then ship you back the appropriately sized item once I receive yours in the mail.

What do I get out of shopping at Itsy Bitsy Bra Bar compared to other stores and websites?

First, you get the satisfaction that someone out there knows what you are going through when you can not find pretty underwear that suits your petite frame! Because we are a small company, every customer is valued and highly respected. We want to hear from you and know how we can better serve you. We would like you to consider Itsy Bitsy Bra Bar a one-stop-shop for your needs--not only can you buy bras and panties, but you can get some jewelry that matches, a special robe or lingerie that you have purchased. And why not pick up some lotion while you're at it. We hope to have everything you need to give you the convenience of shopping online.

If Itsy Bitsy Bra Bar is suppose to be a site for petite women with smaller-than-average bust sizes, why do some of the models have bigger-than-average bust sizes?

Great point and good observation. When I purchase these brands from the vendors, they send me the images of the items. Usually when these brands do their photo shoots for catalogues etc., they use a size they consider average. Clearly that does not include you or me! I have started to take some photos of a petite model, but since I take the pictures, these are not the best quality. Still, they show what the items look like on the body of a truly petite woman.

What if I am purchasing something as a present?

If you are buying for someone else and do not want the purchase price and other details included in the package, you will be able to let us know during checkout in the "Special Instructions" box. And of course, we will make sure the package is nice and pretty.

What's with the "I'm a Guy, and I need Help!"Category?

Having discussed this issue with many guys, it's hard enough for them to buy "regular" presents for the women in their lives, so the idea of purchasing undergarment/lingerie can be particularly overwhelming. Do they purchase something they want to see their girl in? Do they get the item they know their significant other would feel comfortable in instead? Is it possible to have some sort of balance? This category has some great go-to presents--a variety of options that are sexy, stylish, and classy, so men don't have to stress TOO much. I've also included some "non-lingerie" items, that would also be nice present if men are not necessarily looking for intimate items.
